Furnished flat share ! All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus). This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Montpellier is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is located in the "Centre Historique Comédie" neighborhood, in the heart of Montpellier. A lot of restaurants, public transports, shops are available near at hand. The apartment is on floor #3 . It is entirely furnished and includes a complete kitchen with refrigerator, pans, toaster, kettle, crockery, microwave, kitchen ustensils... The flat also has an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, electricity, condominium fees, water. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The “Comédie” district gets its name from the square “Place de la Comédie”, home to the “opéra de la Comédie" (musical theatre). This central square is also called “place de l’oeuf” (egg square) due to its oval shape, in the middle you will find the Fountain of the Three Graces: one of Montpellier’s most well known meeting points which pays homage to the city’s iconic goddesses. With it being one of the largest pedestrian walkways in Europe, it’s a sight not to be missed! Here you can admire the beautiful 19th century buildings, appreciate the works of the street artists, or have a drink in one of the many terrasses. Many public transport links are within the vicinity (buses, tram lines 1 and 2). This district is very lively and dynamic, as it is also the cultural, economic, touristic and administrative hub of the city. Minimum stay : 1 mois Apartment eligible for CAF up to 258€ / month.
