All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare is located in the "Brotteaux" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Many shops, public transports, restaurants are located nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, kitchen ustensils, kettle, pans, microwave, toaster, crockery... The accommodation also contains an iron, a clothes rack, a washing machine, an ironing board. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: broom, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, unlimited wi-fi, water, housing insurance, condominium fees, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. At the heart of the Brotteaux neighbourhood in the 6th arrondissement is an architectural wonder the old Brotteaux train station, now home to the Paris Drouot auction house and 3-Michelin-starred chef Paul Bocuse’s “Est” brasserie as well as a trendy rooftop bar and a private nightclub. This calm, bourgeois neighbourhood is renowned for the beauty of its streets, public squares and fountains. Situated in Lyon’s 6th arrondissement, where you can found this cosy bedroom in a furnished flatshare, Brotteaux is half-way between Part Dieu and the Tête d’Or park. To the North, the Tête d’Or park offers green spaces, a lake and an open-air zoo home to more than 400 animals.
