This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Bordeaux is a mix of comfort and design. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...). The flatshare can be found in the St Genès neighborhood, in the heart of Bordeaux. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are accessible close by. The apartment is on floor 0 without lift. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, pans, crockery, kitchen ustensils, kettle... The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket... Every Joivy furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Saint-Genès became one of the most chic Bordelais suburbs in around the 19th century, the district is made up of many two story houses and luxury private run hotels. The diverse buildings that make up Saint-Genès pay homage to the architectural trends of the 20th century: from the facades inspired by the neoclassical and baroque, to works dating from the art deco and art nouveau movements. However, the Medieval Chapel of Saint-Nicolas dates back much further in time, with its architecture inspired by the French and Italian Renaissance. Here you will find 19th century bourgeois buildings contrasting against the adjacent more recent structures, and also peaceful public gardens most notably that of Dames de la foi; an English garden which spans over 20 acres. Saint-Genès is known for its calm ambience, beautiful landscapes, and diverse of architecture, whilst remaining well connected to the rest of the city. The tram line B which runs throughout will enable you to travel to the city centre in one direction, and the university campuses in the other.
