Castle in the plains of northern France.

Located about 1.5 km outside the village of Aibes, and 4 km from Cousolre (village with basic services), and 10 km from the Belgian border.
Around 1850 a stable building was built with living quarters above.
Around 1900 a dwelling house was built with the allure of a petit château, presumably on the site of a smaller dwelling house.
The old stable building is still there and is today in use as a reception room with bar, a gymnasium, laundry room and toilet group.
Total ca.100 m².

On the 1st floor is a vacant space. From the former stable building a passageway has been made to the cross corridor. From here one enters the main house with beautiful tiled floors.
The first floor is divided as follows:
-Living kitchen 5.5m x 4.5m
-Chamber of 4 x 4m; room of 3 x 4m; room of 4 x 4m with access to the tower; room of 5.5 x 4m
-Traphal with access to the basement with various rooms, including boiler room with oil-fired central heating boiler, new burner 2014 (Dietrich)

The house is absolutely free and delightfully situated, overlooking meadows and woods.
From the vantage point 'The Belvedere' on the roof of the house you can look for miles over the rolling countryside of the Natural Park 'The Avesnois'
The house itself with subsoil and land: Giant walled garden and small meadow has a total area of 7,900 m².
The small meadow of about 5,000 m² is on loan to the farmer.
