Like many others, a zero would not be enough to describe their incompetence.
I arrived in my apartment in May 2023, I would like to point out that Mr.BERTONNIER is more mediocre than pigeons, listens to nothing, follows nothing, he has no respect.
I contacted him for my plates which 9 and a half months later I had never received, after following up countless times he found a way to make me take another 30€ for plates while I I paid upon entering the apartment and I kept sending him emails (without response) telling him that if he was at least invested, he should have already known.
I had to show up at their premises to be told “Mr.BERTONNIER is not there, we are going to notify the accounting department”
No excuses.. NOTHING
Justice should sanction them.
After all the comments I'm afraid for my deposit.
Don't let yourself be walked over by such incompetent people.

This agency is really mediocre. I left the apartment on November 10 and still have not received my deposit of €1100. A few days before my departure an expert came by and told me that he didn't even understand that I was in the apartment because it was not rentable since the law of January 1, 2022. That the apartment was also too expensive and that he had no right to rent it to me at that price. No matter how much I try to contact them, they remain unreachable despite my emails and call quite frequently. My advice is definitely not to rent an apartment with them.

I agree with all the previous comments: crooks and thieves.
Withholding half of the deposit on work which has nothing to do with my presence for 2 short years in the apartment (we will note 23 euros billed on 5cm of blackened joint in the bathroom), while he has was returned in better condition than on arrival.
Remember one thing: they are NOT IN THEIR RIGHTS, contact a legal conciliator, and ask that late payment penalties apply if applicable, otherwise it's simple you won't see your money again, even if they say that "the accounting department will do what is necessary in the coming days" in a letter 6 months later. I got my cation back more than a year after I left the apartment.
Obviously during your stay you may have all the problems in the world, they will be unreachable and quite simply non-existent regarding what concerns their very function.
