A disaster. Non-existent. No response to text messages, emails, calls. No feedback on our requests even though we should have had them for several weeks, for the purchasing side.
Not to mention the person who manages the rentals wonders why he has problems with everyone. Doesn't understand that you can't be completely at your disposal and speak badly to people.

Yes, I am a customer and I am contacting you to manage a purchase and as said in my comment, there is no one who manages this correctly. Last news on April 29 telling us that we would get back to us.. still nothing. Relaunch on May 4... and zero response. The support and customer service is zero.
As for the rental (what we were looking for 9 months ago) we had to deal with someone who was unpleasant, incompetent and who already had a bad reputation in Givet.
So no, your team is not 100% available. Maybe 10, 15 and more.
