Agence DT was in charge of renting my apartment for last 5 years. Eventough that there are some positive points concerning the service of the agency (owener/agency interface, easy communication...), overall after the full period of contract I am very disappointed. The last rent was in May this year, and I decided to enter the apartment for the first time since the time I gave the keys to the agency. I have quickly identified several damage that were not reported by the "etat de lieu" made by the agency. At their fault the caution was not reduced to cover some of the reparation or replacement. Even worse is the fact that no one admitted that there was an error made by the employee of the agency. I have only heard that replacement of the broken lamp would cost only 15-30 euros anyways so this is not a big problem. Is it? or maybe just by default the job should be done properly. Pity that the quality isn't there.
