This real estate agent did not know his file at all.
At each visit, he asked the owners for all the information they asked him.
He advances by giving you realistic dates for the “finalization” of the file to brush you in the direction of the hair while the notary’s speech is completely different.
Gave completely different information to the owners and to us (surface area of the property, amount of escrow, etc.)
Answers calls every third time.
The height of irony, on the day of signing the promise of sale, Mr Chenoufi never came to the meeting, did not answer his phone and did not notify anyone.
The notary, the owners and the buyers (we) were “shocked” by his behavior.
Obviously this Mr will still receive his bonus for his “work”.
