Excellent support from Mr. Desmons who did not hesitate and was not discouraged in selling my property which overlooked the Gare de l'Est rails in a difficult context. Mr. Desmons is available (follow-up calls after visits) and very involved. His fees are very reasonable. I can only highly recommend it.
