I rented my studio through this agency for 6 months.
A very unresponsive agency, I had to send emails several times asking to modify the contract that they had established with an error in my last name even though I had provided proof of identity.
In addition, when I arrived at the accommodation, the real estate agent carried out a very rough inventory. Once I opened the drawers and pushed the furniture I realized the filthy state of the accommodation, it is a shame that I cannot include photos in this review. Dust, grease on the walls, dressing room full of filth, yellowish streaks on the drawers, blanket with traces of urine, and an atrocious smell of cigarettes. The real estate agent dared to answer me “we are not in a 5* hotel ma’am”.
In addition, the rented accommodation certainly does not comply with the laws because it was a real thermal sieve. Moreover, the agency has never published the level of energy consumption under the advertisement for this accommodation even though this is obligatory.
I strongly advise against this agency.
