Bordered by the Mount Ventoux and Luberon natural parks, the property is located around the bend of a track lined with an avenue of cypress trees. To the north, lavender fields precede a view of mature forests and mountains. Seen from above, the track forms a heart around the two independent farmhouses, with: to the north, the first building and main dwelling, which was built according to the terrain's contours. It has three storeys, each one of them accessible from exterior patios, making it possible to contemplate the surrounding nature.
A peaked tile roof is interrupted by a roof patio to the east, while the building's façades are made out of pointed and exposed irregular stones from the Luberon's quarries. Occupying a surface area of approximately 208 m², the dwelling includes living spaces and three bedrooms.
A few metres to the south, connected to the first house via a stone patio, the second farmhouse, rectangular and facing east, with approximately 207 m², has two storeys. With façades and a roof similar to the first farmhouse, it contains six bedrooms and a living area.
Built up against the flank of the hill, the terraced patios overlook the valley to the east and a lush forest. In the southern part of the property, a lookout point, located next to farmland, makes it possible to take advantage of the property's peace and quiet.
