Our offer of student accommodation in the Rouen Saint Sever student residence consists of studio flats of between 16 and 20 m². All the accommodation is furnished and equipped. Several living spaces organize your studios. They have all been designed for your comfort and success. Our student residence Rouen Saint Sever is close to several high schools such as the Blaise Pascal high school or the Sacré Coeur. Moreover, the Esigelec preparatory class is only 20 minutes walk from the residence. Finally, the recently renovated Saint Sever shopping centre is located a few metres from the residence. It will allow you to relax and do your shopping just 2 minutes from your student accommodation.
