Very bad experience with this agent. Full deposit lost for a few scratches on the wall. The agency has an agreement with a local contractor who is a painter, but also a locksmith, and a plumber… all the quotes go through him… I hope that no one will be fooled by this dishonesty anymore.

Agency to flee!!
• Apartment returned in better condition compared to the condition of the recovered apartment.
• No specification of any pricing / invoicing in the exit inventory.
• The agent however deducted two invoices from my deposit, without any right, without any justification, without telling me (invoice produced by a company very very close to the agency).

• Very haughty agent, very closed dialogues. If you are a woman alone in front of him, come accompanied.

A fake person who makes you believe that you are going to get your deposit back but unreachable, never an answer.
Above all, do not rent from him.
